The SVII70-60 is a Presicion wire saw cutting machine, utilizes a high-speed moving diamond annular wire as the cutting tool to cut materials such as carbon-carbon and graphite, which do not require cutting fluids.
With an XY two-axis orthogonal coordinate setup, it can achieve automatic slicing functions. Additionally, there is an option to equip a wire cutting CNC system, which allows for two-axis interpolated linkage control to perform two-dimensional graphic cutting of materials. This is commonly used in the processing of thermal field spliced graphite insulation barrels, support legs, the outer cylinder splicing of graphite parts for hydrochloric acid synthesis furnaces, and other non-standard shaped parts made of graphite or carbon-carbon. The equipment is internally equipped with a dust collection conduit that can be connected to an external central dust collection system.

It features XY two-axis orthogonal coordinate configuration, enabling automatic slicing functionality. Additionally, it can be equipped with a wire cutting numerical control system, allowing control of two-axis interpolation linkage for two-dimensional shape cutting of materials.

It is commonly used for the processing of graphite insulation barrels for thermal field splicing, support foot processing, hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace heat exchanger outer cylinder splicing graphite parts processing, and other non-standard shapes of graphite, carbon, and other materials.

The equipment is internally equipped with a dust collection pipeline that can be connected to an external central dust collection system’s negative pressure pipeline, effectively reducing dust pollution.

The cutting tool is different, we use endless diamond wire which is similar to diamond band saw, but diamond wire is smaller and it has ability to change cutting direction 360°。So our machine can cut shapes and the cutting dust is less too.
