This machine utilizes high-speed motion of a diamond circular wire as a cutting tool for materials like carbon and graphite, which do not require cutting fluid.
It features XY two-axis orthogonal coordinate configuration, enabling automatic slicing function. Optionally, it can be equipped with a wire cutting CNC system, allowing control of two-axis interpolation to achieve two-dimensional cutting of materials.
This machine is commonly used for processing heat-insulated graphite barrels and support feet in a hot field joint, as well as for processing graphite components for the outer tube of a hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace heat exchanger.
Additionally, it is suitable for processing other non-standard shapes of graphite, carbon, and similar materials. The equipment has an internal dust collection pipeline, which can be connected to an external central dust collection system to significantly reduce dust pollution.
